West Orange Nurseries, Inc. was founded in 1978 as a grower and wholesaler of annual flowers for customers like Walt Disney World, Marriott World Center and several large maintenance companies.  The Nursery division is currently producing approximately 4,000,000 flowers for wholesale and 2,000,000 for custom installation for these same clients and floriculture remains the foundation of our company.

After experiencing tremendous demand for our flower products and installation services, we decided to expand operations into the Landscape Construction segment in 1979 with projects successfully completed throughout the state of Florida, United States and Caribbean. This involved developing a full service custom home and large scale commercial division for general contractors, corporate clients such as Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Walt Disney World, Toll Brothers, K. Hovnanian Homes, high-end custom builders, and more.

In 1991, West Orange Nurseries, Inc. made the transition into Re-wholesale plant distribution, brokerage and tree farms.  This was a natural progression for our company as we continued to develop systems and procedures to offer the highest quality material and finished projects to our clients.

In 2006, as we continued to strive to become the most reputable company in the industry West Orange Nurseries, Inc. was approached by Skinner Nurseries (whom at that time was the largest Re-Wholesaler distribution company in the United States) to purchase Our Re-Wholesale division which was successfully sold to them in September 2006.

In 2016, West Orange Nurseries, Inc. acquired back the property that was previously sold to Skinner Nurseries and is now providing quality trees and shrubs for re-wholesale customers and our upcoming landscape construction projects.  We opened  our retail garden center in September to the public and continue to improve and expand our facilities to meet a growing demand for high-quality plant material.
